Yoga Workshop - Meditation Techniques
Explore different types of relaxation techniques. Possible options include yoga nidra, pranayama, mantra, guided meditation, moving meditation and more. This workshop can be challenging in its own way. All levels welcome.

Registration and payment can be completed online, by phone at 906-487-2073, or at the SDC Ticket Office. You’ll receive an admission ticket to present to your instructor at class.
About the Instructor
Lena Wilson acquired a 200 HR Hatha Yoga Teacher Certification from 7 Centers Yoga Arts in Sedona, AZ and a BS in Mathematics from Michigan Tech. She has also participated in the Art of Mentoring at the Wilderness Awareness School.Lena was inspired to pursue a self-directed study of yoga at age 14, which has forever changed her life.
