SDC Information

The Student Development Complex (SDC) is a 235,000-square-foot complex that provides a wide range of recreation and fitness options for students, faculty, staff and the community. A map to locate the SDC can be found here.

SDC Lot 22—Visitor Lot (signage states - Visitor Parking 2 Hours Maximum)— generally for:

NOTE: The lot on the North Side (UP Health System & Rehab Services) is for UP Health/Rehab patients only!

• Campus visitors and SDC customers
• Huskies Club members - only during home Athletic events
• NO overnight parking (2am-7am, November 1 - April 30)
• Purchase campus parking permit for Lot 24

Access

Michigan Tech students have access to the SDC through student fees. Faculty, staff, and community members can purchase access in a variety of price and length options. Daily passes are also available.

Facility Rates & Rental

Certain areas of the Student Development Complex are available to be rented or reserved. Each specific area is rented individually and have various rental rates. Rentals and reservations are open to community members, student organizations, faculty, staff and students.
