When is the Equipment Rental Desk open for rentals?

  • Monday & Wednesday, 4:00-8:00 pm
  • Tuesday & Thursday, 12:00-4:00 pm
  • Friday - Sunday, 12:00-8:00 pm
• Spring Break, February 23 - March 3, 2024
  • CLOSED

How much does it cost to rent? Check out our pricing list.

Where are you located?   We are housed in the Systems Control Nordic Wax Center at the main trailhead of Michigan Tech Trails, located on Sharon Avenue across from Sherman Field and next to the MTU baseball fields. 

Do you deliver equipment?  We do not offer a delivery service, however we do offer a custom trip option that does include options for transportation for both equipment and participants.  Complete the custom trip/event request form here and let us know what you want to do!  

Can the community/non-michigan tech people rent from you?  Currently, we are able to rent all of our equipment to the general public.

How do I book an event on the climbing wall or challenge course?  Complete the request form found here with all the necessary information and we will follow up with you about booking and final details.  

Can I rent equipment for my friends?  Yes, you are responsible for any equipment that you rent, even if your friends use and/or damage it.
