Get Your Erg On! (Level 1)

Join members of the MTU Rowing Club as they guide you through the basics of rowing technique and coach you through fun and challenging workout sessions - all on the SDC's Ergometers (Ergs)! Initial sessions will focus on general stroke technique and progress to workouts that represent on-water sprints and head races. Open to all skill levels. Indoor rowing is a great full-body workout that can be adjusted to meet the abilities of almost anyone!

The Erginator (Level 2)

Building on the foundational knowledge and experience from Get Your Erg On, The Erginator will focus on fine-tuning the rowing technique, increasing endurance, and building muscle with various workouts consisting of sprints, long distances, and interval training. Due to the advanced design and pace of this class, it is highly recommended that participants complete Get Your Erg On and/or participate in at least 1 full season of organized/coached erging or rowing prior to registering for The Erginator.
