HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

 
 
HIIT Class  

In this class you can expect to take your athleticism to the next level. Regardless of your experience or fitness level, this class will help you develop core strength and conditioning, flexibility, mobility, speed, agility, strength, power, and explosiveness.

This class utilizes High Intensity Interval Training with the use of kettlebells, dumbbells, and body weight movements. Bring your water bottle and your desire to improve, and experience a HIIT class unlike anything you've done before.

This class is open and available for all experience/fitness levels.

Special Requirements

Comfortable athletic wear and sneakers/cross trainers. Participants must be a minimum of 16 years old.

Spring 2024: January 8 - April 24

No class January 24, 26, February 23, 26, 28, March 1.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 11:00 - 11:50 am

SDC Access Holders (minimum 1 month) - FREE, must have ID present for entry to class

New HuskiesFit Punch Cards expire one year from the date of purchase, are valid for the current list of available classes, and will not be exchanged or refunded due to classes not being offered on a consistent basis. Customers are responsible for keeping their cards.

The SDC is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Please do not leave valuables unattended. 


About the Instructor

Brandon Phillips

Brandon Phillips, HIIT Instructor — For the last 13 years, Brandon has owned and operated several fitness and fighting gyms in the US, including Fit and Fearless in Austin, TX, and Aloha Krav Maga in Kona, HI. Brandon has over 12,000 hours of group instruction and coaching. He specializes in coaching athletes of all experience levels, from true beginners to elite-level athletes. All of his workouts are scalable and adjustable, so if you have injuries or ailments, don't let that stop you from trying out his HIIT Fit class!

Jessica Phillips

Jessica Phillips, HIIT Instructor — Jessica has been teaching self-defense, kickboxing, and fitness classes for the last 13 years. She enjoys leading high-energy, all-inclusive classes that will help refresh your passion for working out and provide noticeable growth toward all of your health and fitness goals. She holds certifications that vary from Krav Maga, strength and fitness, animal flow, and mobility, so she has a well-rounded background to work with all experience levels and to keep your workouts dynamic and fun!
