Metabolic Conditioning

*Face coverings are required upon entry regardless of vaccination status but may be removed during exercise/physical activity in the Student Development Complex and Gates Tennis Center. Please refer and adhere to all posted signage for specific areas inside the Student Development Complex.

Registration and payment can be completed online. Participants must sign the SDC waiver of liability and concussion awareness forms prior to participation. The SDC is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Please do not leave valuables unattended.

This high-powered workout for all fitness levels will push you through a fast and effective mix of strength, conditioning, and core training. Burn fat, build stamina, and sculpt your body! Classes use kettlebells, TRX suspension training, resistance bands, and body weight.

Previous HuskiesFit punch cards will be accepted regardless of the expiration date. New HuskiesFit Ultimate Punch Cards expire one year from the date of purchase, are valid for the current list of available classes, and will not be exchanged or refunded due to classes not being offered on a consistent basis. Customers are responsible for keeping their cards.

About the Instructor

Heather Austin

Heather Austin - Heather Austin, a Northern Michigan University graduate from Trout Creek, MI, currently resides in South Range. She received her personal training certificate from the American Council on Exercise in February 2012 and her spinning instructor certification in 2018.  She has always been a very active person, but over the last 10 years, has fallen in love with fitness and what it can do for the body and mind.  Heather is excited to share her passion for fitness with others so they can take part in those same benefits. Fitness is an important part of her everyday life, and she encourages others to have that same goal.
