Erg/Rowing
Featuring Get Your Erg On! (Level 1) and The Erginator (Level 2). In Get Your Erg On!, join members of the MTU Rowing Club as they guide you through the basics of rowing technique and coach you through fun and challenging workout sessions - all on the SDC’s Ergometers (Ergs)! In The Erginator, you will build on the foundational knowledge and experience obtained from Get Your Erg On. Indoor rowing is a great full-body workout that can be adjusted to meet the abilities of almost anyone!
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Join this high-energy, full-body workout incorporating both aerobic and resistance training into one session. Burn calories and build strength utilizing kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight.
POUND®
Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Self Defense
This class will focus on self-defense through kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and situational awareness. Includes lecture-based material as well as practical application. Open to ages 16 and up. Class size is limited.

Spin
This class will feature a variety of cycling methods, including: paced rides, hill training, and some occasional sprints. Expect lively music that will motivate and guide our tempo for each class. Classes are easily modifiable to your comfort and current fitness level. Whether you're new to spinning or are a well-seasoned rider, all are welcome! If you like a change of pace and are looking for a wide variety of music and types of workouts, this is the class for you.

Adult Huskies Tennis Lessons are now being offered for ages 17 and up who are looking to learn more about the game of tennis! Each class will include technique and games to learn and develop skills that will improve their workouts and match play on their own. Private lessons are also available.
