Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

About the Instructor

Rochelle Spencer

Rochelle Spencer, Pound Pro – Rochelle Spencer is a Michigan Tech Alum who recently returned to the area. Her fitness journey was unexpected, but whole-heartedly embraced. After being diagnosed with PCOS (a disease that causes rapid weight gain in women), Rochelle decided to find a fitness program that she would want to stick with long term. That’s when she discovered Pound.  In March 2014 she became a certified Pound Pro and has loved every minute of each cardio jam session. The following year, Rochelle started running, became a NETA certified Group Exercise Instructor and started teaching Line Dancing. She has fallen in love with fitness and believes anyone can try it, love it and live it too.
