About the Instructor
Meghan Jaszczak
Certified Spinning Instructor.
Meghan is a registered dietitian currently working with the Portage Health Foundation. She is passionate about helping support community health through both healthful foods and movement. She first attended spinning classes when she was in college and quickly connected with how engaging and fun these workouts could be, no matter how hard! Meghan advocates that an often overlooked component to forming and maintaining habits is simply enjoying what we're doing! With that in mind, she hopes you'll find this class fun and rewarding - more like a party (okay, a bike party...) and less like a formal workout.
