Foam Roll Restorative Yoga
This class is great for athletes and people with tight sore muscles from their job, etc. Warming up the muscles with a short vinyasa flow, to help them get ready to foam roll and help the myofascial system release. After foam rolling, we will take a few restorative poses as time allows. You will leave with less pain and a greater range of motion.
