Slow Flow Yoga

A complete yoga practice combining slow movement, guided breathing techniques, and deep stretches. This yoga practice will help to improve strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. Appropriate for all levels from beginners to advanced.

Special Requirements

Light, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Participants must be a minimum of 16 years old.

New HuskiesFit punch cards expire one year from the date of purchase, are valid for the current list of available classes, and will not be exchanged or refunded due to classes not being offered on a consistent basis. Customers are responsible for keeping their cards.

About the Instructor

Alexandra Holmstrom, Yoga Instructor

Alexandra Holmstrom, Yoga Instructor - Alexandra Holmstrom is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She first began practicing yoga with Indian gurus during her travels in South America, Asia, and Africa. Over the past 15 years, she has taught traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Alignment-Oriented Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga. Alexandra is a Nutritionist with a degree from the University of Maryland. She brings her passion, knowledge, and experience with healthy living to enhance her classes for a fulfilling experience.
