Participants must be able to swim unassisted for at least 25 yards, tread water for at least 1 minute, and have swimming knowledge and ability equivalent to Level 6 of the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim program or higher (graduated level 5). Classes include a warm-up, skill work, and a workout.
Space will be provided for personal items on the pool deck. Goggles are highly recommended. Showering is required before entering the water. Class size is limited.
