Reservations

To make a gear reservation at the OAP, please contact the OAP by phone, email, or in person all during our rental hours. 

To secure and hold your reservation, full payment is due at the time of reservation with the refund ploicy listed below. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy for OAP Trips and Rentals

If your trip is canceled or you cancel your gear reservation

1 Week or More= Full Refund

7 days to 3 Days= 50% Refund

3 Days Before Trip/Rental= No Refund

The OAP does not give refunds for inclement weather, or if you choose not to go on a trip, or not fulfilling a reservation for gear.
