Flex & Flow Yoga

This is a HIIT-style class with a yoga base. We will be building heat and strength. Then we will end with flow and stretch postures all while using the breath as we move.

Intro to Yoga

This class will have a vinyasa-based flow. We will pair breath with movement asanas. Building knowledge in pose names and how to gradually gain more comfort, strength, balance, and flexibility. Taking this regularly will help you gain the confidence to try other styles of yoga.

Power Flow Yoga

Power flow linked with breath at a faster pace than traditional vinyasa. This class will build more heat than traditional vinyasa. There will be extra poses with a repetition of movements which will help build strength and will also add a cardiovascular element and more of a calorie burn. Let go of the day as you flow with balance, strength, and flexibility. Most classes end with a short meditation.
