Spring Camp Registration Information

  • Registration for 2024 Spring Camps opens at 8:00 am EST on November 15, 2023.

  • The deadline for registration is listed on the camp's website page.

How to Register 

You are able to register online, over the phone, or in-person at the SDC Central Ticket Office.

Below is an example of the steps involved in registering for the camp you are interested in signing your camper!

Online

The online registration link on each individual camp page (Register Now) takes you directly to the online registration page for your camp. This is a secure website maintained by Michigan Tech (mtu.universitytickets.com).

Click Log In/Register.  

 

Choose Students/Faculty/Staff or General Public from the drop-down menu.

NOTE: If you are a Michigan Tech Student/Faculty/Staff member, you can log in with your Michigan Tech username and password. 

 

 

In the Registration Options box, choose the ticket type and quantity.

 

Click REGISTER

 

Answer the required questions. 

Click Checkout at the bottom right side of the screen. You will be directed to a payment screen. Check out using a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card.

Over the Phone

Please call the SDC Central Ticket Office at 906-487-2073, and we can collect your information and payment over the phone. Office hours

In Person

Please stop by the SDC Central Ticket Office during regular business hours to register and pay. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card.


Payment

Payment is due at the time of registration for each camp and participant. The deadline for registration is listed on each camp's webpage. Registration is not guaranteed until paid in full and all required forms are received. Camp prices will not be prorated due to late arrival or early departure.


Acceptance

You will receive an automatic receipt from our system upon registration with payment. This is not confirmation that your registration has been accepted. MTU Sports Camps will email you a separate confirmation that your registration has been accepted.


Processing

An email along with a packet of required forms will be sent to participants when their registration is processed.

Required forms must be submitted prior to the start of camp.  Registration is not guaranteed until paid in full and all forms are received. Participants without the completed required forms will not be allowed to participate. 

MTU Sports Camps cannot guarantee placement in the camp or accommodations if information is not received in a timely manner.


Refunds

Prior to Deadline: Refunds will be issued upon receipt of a written notice of cancellation from a parent or guardian. Email or fax is acceptable. Please include the participant’s name and camp attending. 

After Deadline: Refunds will be issued for medical reasons only. Written notice of cancellation from a parent or guardian must be accompanied by a doctor’s certificate. Email or fax is acceptable. Please include the participant’s name and camp attending. 

If a participant is injured during camp, a refund will be issued in the form of a credit voucher for the next year for 80 percent of the unused portion of camp. 

No refunds are given when a participant is expelled for disciplinary reasons

In the event that a camp is canceled, registration fees only (we do not refund travel expenses) will be refunded in full or campers will have the option of switching to a similar camp if available.
