Meet the Coaches

In 10 seasons as head volleyball coach, Matt Jennings has orchestrated an impressive rebuilding of the Michigan Tech volleyball program. Under Jennings, the Huskies have gone from last place in the conference to nationally ranked and consistently in the NCAA Tournament. Jennings has coached the Huskies to four straight NCAA tournament appearances from 2017-21 and has twice been named the GLIAC Coach of the Year in 2017 and 2019.

Cindy Pindral was promoted to Assistant Head Coach in July 2022 and enters her seventh season with the Michigan Tech volleyball team. She enters her sixth season as the lead Assistant Coach and was the Volunteer Coach during the 2016 season.

Pindral is involved with nearly all phases of the program, including skill development, recruiting, scouting, practice planning, film breakdown, and team travel. She also serves as the lead coach for the Huskies’ youth programs, including the Little Huskies Volleyball Club, All-Skills Camps, and position-specific clinics.
