Purchase a Michigan Tech Trails Annual Access Now

HOUGHTON, Mich. – The Michigan Tech Trails are a great resource in our community – occupying 35 kilometers of nationally-recognized land for skiing, snowshoeing, hiking or mountain biking. Community members are required to purchase an access or day pass prior to using the trails. Current Michigan Tech students use the trails for free through Experience Tech, and children 12 and younger can use the trails free of charge.

By purchasing an access or day pass, you are supporting well-groomed, maintained and updated trails that ensure a safe and organized recreational experience. Whether you plan to enjoy a day on the trails at Michigan Tech, Swedetown, Chassell, or Maasto Hiito there are several membership options that include a single trail, all trails or a combination. There is also an option to purchase a Keweenaw Alliance Trails Membership, which is a collaboration of the trail systems in the Keweenaw.
